It's on the top floor of the Theatre des Champs-Elysees on the ultra-chic Avenue Montaigne. It only takes 38 seconds to get you from ground floor up to Le Ciel on the 56th floor from where a beautiful 360° view of Paris and areas beyond will take your breath away. Every evening above the streets of Paris, 12 diners sit within Nomiya, the incredible Art Home space on the rooftop of the Palais de Tokyo. Often booked out. Closed for renovation.
